The rules that apply when you use Sesliye Gel. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Sesliye Gel, provided by [şirket unvanı], offers voice rooms, text rooms and screen sharing for teams. There are no private messages; communication happens in team rooms.

Age and account

• The service is for people over 18 only. You declare this at sign-up; a false declaration leads to account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. We recommend two-step verification.
• One account is for one person.

Teams and plans

• Teams depend on a paid plan; the plan sets capacity (members, connections at once, rooms, screen shares, storage, quality).
• Until payments open, orders are approved by hand.
• When a plan ends, a 7-day grace period follows and service continues. Then the team is suspended and data is kept for 30 days; renew in that time and it opens again. After that, data is removed from the live system.
• The team owner sets team rules and roles; team admins are first responsible for team content.

Forbidden behavior

• Unlawful content and acts; child abuse; threats, harassment, hate speech.
• Impersonation; recording and spreading without permission.
• Trying to break, bypass or overload the system; creating accounts automatically.
• Reselling the service without permission.

Reports and sanctions

You can report content from the app; a copy of the message goes to us and the team owner. For rule breaches, content may be removed and an account or team suspended. When needed, timed and logged access may be opened, and the team owner is notified.

Service level

We try to run the service without interruption but do not guarantee it. When the server is full, new connections may be refused for a time to protect the voice of people already inside. Limits of liability: [awaiting legal review].

Changes and ending
